Startup Manufacturing Consulting
The manufacturing consultant who has built from scratch - three times and counting
About
I enjoy partnering with friends I’ve made along the way for consulting work, but Iteratus Consulting is mostly a one-man operation.
I am currently living in France working remotely and am ready to travel.
Hi, I’m Alan
Iteratus Consulting specializes in a cross-functional and iterative approach to helping new organizations bring a new product concept into production reality.
Methodology
Services
Full support
I function as a fully integrated member of your team helping to guide your organization to manufacturing success.
We begin with a full assessment of your current state and build from there using a combination of industry standard approaches and custom solutions. My goal will be to teach and set you up to succeed without me.
Short consult
I offer short engagements to provide tactical advice on specific efforts. This could be manufacturing strategy building, process development, Design for Manufacturability, operational infrastructure, site selection & facility design, critical equipment guidance, or a range of other challenges. Reach out and let’s see how I can help!
Speaking / educational engagements
I speak and present on a range of startup manufacturing concepts and challenges. Manufacturing educational material, especially around startups, is sadly very hard to find. I am happy to be a part of the solution offering my experiences, perspectives, and methods for speaking or educational engagements. Work for educational institutions is always free of charge, subject to availability.
